SAVE THE DATE!!SPRING TIME AT THE STONE HOUSETime: Saturday, April 14, 2007, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pmThe John Marsh Historic Trust, Inc. announces its First Gala "Spring Time at the Stone House" on Saturday, April 14, 2007, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the historic John Marsh Stone House, Brentwood. Doug McConnell, well-known host of KRON-Channel 4 "Bay Area Back Roads" presides as Master of Ceremonies. Dinner provided by the Monterey Bay Culinary Institute under the direction of celebrity chef, Rick Edge. Chef Edge joins the Institute following his success at the Highlands Inn, Carmel, and Pebble Beach restaurants. Local area vintners will provide the wine testing.Gates open at 2:00 pm for an afternoon of old fashioned fun and food. Music and an auction will finish the day just as the sun sets in the west. Help us realize the restoration of this American treasure. The magnificent Stone House will be the crown jewel of the proposed John Marsh State Park. This park, encompassing over 3,600 acres, will be the largest Historic Park in California. The John Marsh Historic Trust, Inc., a nonprofit corporation-501(c) 3, is working to restore the beautiful home to its 1856 beauty. Invitations will be mailed in March. There is space for only 250 persons therefore early reservations are highly recommended. Tickets are $75.00 per person and available by mail from the John Marsh Historic Trust, P.O.
